Question 1

What is ZekeHub?

Accepted Answer

ZekeHub is a paid Roblox script hub. One key unlocks the Universal Script and our dedicated game scripts, 61+ games in total, all run from a single loader in your executor. The full list is on the Games page.

Question 2

Is ZekeHub free?

Accepted Answer

No. ZekeHub is paid: £6.99 for 30 days (Monthly) or £18.99 once for Lifetime. Mass Farm for Adopt Me and MM2 is a separate product priced by tabs. See Pricing.

Question 3

What's the difference between Monthly and Lifetime?

Accepted Answer

Same scripts, different length. Monthly is £6.99 for 30 days. Lifetime is £18.99 once and never expires, which is less than three months of Monthly.

Question 4

What is Mass Farm?

Accepted Answer

A separate product for Adopt Me and MM2. Bots farm on many Roblox accounts at once, all controlled from your web dashboard. It's priced by tabs (1 tab = 1 account running). Mass Farm and the hub key are separate: neither includes the other.

Question 5

What happens after I pay?

Accepted Answer

1) Your key is emailed to you as soon as the payment confirms (crypto waits for network confirmations). 2) Register an account with that key. Already have an account? Add the key to it instead. 3) Copy the script from your Dashboard. 4) Join the game, paste the script into your executor and run it.

Question 6

Which executors work with ZekeHub? Does it work on mobile?

Accepted Answer

Most major PC and mobile executors. Which ones work changes with Roblox updates, so check the Executors page for live status.

Question 7

Can I get banned for using ZekeHub?

Accepted Answer

No script is 100% risk-free, so we recommend using an alt account rather than your main.

Question 8

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Card (debit/credit), PayPal, Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum and Robux. Robux works for Monthly, Lifetime and new 30-day Mass Farm keys at set tab sizes. It can't be used for adding tabs or buying extra days.

Question 9

What currency am I charged in?

Accepted Answer

Every price is set and charged in GBP (£). If the site shows USD or EUR, that's an approximate conversion for reference only.

Question 10

Why do you ask for my Discord ID at checkout?

Accepted Answer

Your key is linked to your Discord account. That gets you the buyer role, lets us find your keys when you renew, and lets support or Account Recovery prove the key is yours. "Continue with Discord" fills it in for you.

Question 11

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

No. As stated in our Terms of Service, all purchases are final and refunds aren't provided. If something's wrong with your order, open a ticket in the Discord and we'll sort it out.

Question 12

Can I buy Robux from you?

Accepted Answer

Yes, on the Robux page. Pay by card, PayPal or crypto and pick gamepass or group payout. Robux is delivered by hand once your payment clears, usually the same day.

Question 13

How do I renew or extend my key?

Accepted Answer

From the Billing tab in your Dashboard, or buy again on Pricing and choose to renew at checkout. Mass Farm keys can renew at the same or a lower tab count. Lifetime never needs renewing.

Question 14

My key expired, what now?

Accepted Answer

The script stops working until you renew. Your account and settings are kept, so just renew the key or add a new one to your account.

Question 15

Can I use my key on more than one PC? How do I reset my HWID?

Accepted Answer

Hub keys work on one device at a time. Switched PC? Use Reset HWID on your Dashboard or in the Discord support panel (a cooldown applies). Mass Farm keys aren't HWID-locked. Sharing keys is against the Terms.

Question 16

Can I transfer my key to someone else?

Accepted Answer

No. Keys are tied to your Discord account and ZekeHub account and can't be transferred or shared. Need it on another ZekeHub account? That needs its own key.

Question 17

I lost my key, help?

Accepted Answer

Check your email for the purchase confirmation; your key is in there. If you still can't find it, open a ticket in the Discord with your payment proof and we'll sort it out.

Question 18

What if a game updates and the script breaks?

Accepted Answer

We update weekly and fix breakages from game patches. The loader always pulls the latest version, so just run the same script again. Still broken? Report it in the Discord.

Question 19

What are tabs?

Accepted Answer

How many accounts your Mass Farm runs at once. 100 tabs = 100 accounts running at the same time.

Question 20

How is Mass Farm priced?

Accepted Answer

You choose a tab count (minimum 100) and a duration (from 30 days). 100 tabs for 30 days is £6.99, and the per-tab rate drops the more tabs you buy. The calculator on Pricing shows the exact price before you pay.

Question 21

How do I add more tabs?

Accepted Answer

From the Billing tab in your Dashboard, any time. You only pay for the time left on your key (minimum 14 days), and your expiry date doesn't change.

Question 22

What happens to my tabs when my key expires?

Accepted Answer

They expire with it, because tabs are part of your active key. When you renew, pick the tab count you want.

Question 23

How do I get help or contact support?

Accepted Answer

Join our Discord (there's also a button in the nav bar) and open a ticket in the support channel. We'll get to you as fast as we can.

Question 24

How do I reset my password?

Accepted Answer

Go to the Forgot Password page, enter your email, and you'll get a reset link.

Question 25

How do I link my Discord?

Accepted Answer

Go to your account settings in the Dashboard and link it from there.

Question 26

I lost my Discord account or want to change my email, what do I do?

Accepted Answer

Go to the Account Recovery page, enter your license key and verify your identity. You can then link a new Discord account or change the email on your account.

Question 27

Can I change my username?

Accepted Answer

Not right now. If you really need it changed, ask support in the Discord.

Question 28

Where do I find my ticket transcripts?

Accepted Answer

Once a ticket is closed, its transcript shows up on the Transcripts page. You need to be logged in to see them.
